Q: What happens if it rains?

We’ll reschedule for the next available dry day. Wet lawns can be damaged by mowing, and safety is a priority for our team.

Q: How do you price hedge trimming?

We charge $70/hour (1-hour minimum) to keep things fair and flexible. This way, you pay only for the time it takes to get your hedges looking their best. After the first hour we charge by the half hour. You can always get a FREE Quote in advance. 

Q: How often should hedges be trimmed?

Most hedges benefit from trimming 2–3 times per year—once in late spring, again mid-summer, and optionally in early fall for a tidy finish before winter.

Q: Do you remove the trimmings?

We bag all clippings and leave them in your green bin, or bag for yout to leave curbside for city pickup. If you’d like us to haul them away, we can do that for a small additional fee.

Q: Do I need to be home during the service?

Nope! As long as your yard is accessible and any gates are unlocked, we can complete the job while you’re away. By default we will tidy them up to the highest height. If you desire them to be trimmed shorter please ensure that is requested at time of booking.

Q: Do you shape hedges or just cut them flat?

We do both! Whether you want a clean, straight finish or more detailed shaping, we adjust to your preference. Precision shaping or decorative trimming can be added as an upgrade.

Q: What kind of equipment do you use?

We use quiet, eco-friendly EGO Power+ tools that are powerful enough for thick hedges but won’t disturb the neighborhood or fill your yard with fumes.

Not at all! As long as we have clear access to your driveway and walkways (no parked vehicles or blocked gates), you don’t need to be home.
