What we do:

• Exterior walk-around to ensure doors/windows are secure

• Visual inspection for damage, leaks, or storm issues

• Interior check of furnace/thermostat, water lines, and sump pump

• Rotate lights/blinds for a lived-in look

• Collect mail or packages

• Optional add-ons: plant care, fridge/freezer temperature check, trash bins, snow cleared from entryways
